Fit Camp- Get ready to transform yourself in this amazing class! There will be a variation of cardio and strength exercises and each week is different!
Piloxing-workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance for an awesome workout!
Pound - Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

Zumba-What is Zumba? Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
